To reserve a slot in our theater, We require a 50% advance of the total payment. If we are informed of the cancellation of the booking via WhatsApp chat or a call at least 72 hours before the booking, the advance amount will be fully refunded.(Except convenience charges of payment gateway, if any) The refund process is usually initiated within 1 day and takes maximum 2-3 days to be completed.
